I’m so happy you are here

I can help you reduce your anxiety & increase your confidence by learning how to manage your feelings and emotions.

Hi, I’m Tracy and I’m a therapist on a mission.

My goal is to help you learn to love yourself, exactly as you are.

When I left my toxic relationship, I did it for my daughter.  I didn’t do it for me.

I didn’t like myself, you see. In fact, I hated myself. All my pride, confidence and self-belief had been ground away. I’d turned from a vibrant, outgoing woman into a zombie.

I knew I had to do something to get all the muck out of my head, move out of despair and find Tracy again. It was time to find the real me.

Here’s how I can help.

ways to work with me

My goal as a therapist is to offer a kind, compassionate container – a safe space for you to explore and manage your feelings.  I specialise in helping my clients learn to manage anxiety and depression, as well as navigate difficulties and challenges in their lives.

I work with 1:1 clients across Saltaire, Shipley, Bradford and surrounding areas, as well online via Zoom.

I also offer therapeutic group work online via Zoom.

I’m all about creating a happier and more peaceful world, one where it’s normal and natural to talk about feelings and emotions and work on knowing and loving who you really are.

Kind and compassionate therapist and life coach

“Tracy is a wonderfully kind and compassionate therapist and life coach with a genuine passion and skill for helping women learn to love themselves and develop self-belief. Her gentle, warm and non-judgemental approach has been transformational for my own personal growth and journey. We first met many years ago when she guided me on a journey into higher education, little did I know then that we would reconnect years later for her to once again have a very special and powerful impact on my life through coaching and self-help groups. I feel extremely privileged to know Tracy and would recommend anyone who is considering counselling, coaching or accessing groups to connect with Tracy.”
