I’m so happy you are here
I can help you reduce your anxiety & increase your confidence by learning how to manage your feelings and emotions.
Hi, I’m Tracy and I’m a therapist on a mission.
My goal is to help you learn to love yourself, exactly as you are.
When I left my toxic relationship, I did it for my daughter. I didn’t do it for me.
I didn’t like myself, you see. In fact, I hated myself. All my pride, confidence and self-belief had been ground away. I’d turned from a vibrant, outgoing woman into a zombie.
I knew I had to do something to get all the muck out of my head, move out of despair and find Tracy again. It was time to find the real me.
Here’s how I can help.
ways to work with me
My goal as a therapist is to help my clients learn to control anxiety and depression, as well as navigate the challenges in their lives.
I’m working on this one person at a time with clients across Saltaire, Shipley, Bradford and the surrounding area clients.
But I also help people online through 1:1 Zoom sessions and group workshops.
Creating a happier and more peaceful world, one where it’s normal and natural to work on loving yourself.
