A few years back, I had the incredible opportunity to embark on a week-long intensive speaker training with my best friend, Gill. It was a profound experience filled with happy memories and personal growth.

I vividly remember the sheer fear I felt when considering the investment required for the training. I was nearly sick at spending so much money on myself! The idea of speaking in front of people felt like an insurmountable challenge, but I chose to push through the fear and embrace the opportunity to grow.

What a Gift!

Looking back now, I can proudly say that the experience was nothing short of transformative. It taught me a powerful lesson about the courage that resides within each of us, waiting to be unleashed. It revealed to me the immeasurable value of investing in ourselves, and how it is a crucial step in our personal and professional development. Most importantly, it reminded me that we have the capacity to accomplish anything we set our minds to, no matter how overwhelming it may seem at first. It was an absolute gift!
